We also have a school-wide "zero sign" which means there should be silence.
School-Wide Olweus Bullying Prevention Program (OBPP)
Program Developer: Dan Olweus, Ph.D.
U.S. Developer: Sue Limber, Ph.D.
OBPP is a research-based, systems change program designed for all students K-12. It is preventative and responsive. OBPP focuses on changing norms and restructuring the school setting.
Sauganash School has taken the initiative to proactively take on bullying in and out of the classroom. We believe bullying is a serious problem that may lead to many negative consequences, such as future incarceration, trauma, depression, and suicide. All staff members have been trained in the Olweus Bullying Prevention System.
School-Wide Rules about Bullying (posted in classroom)
* We will not bully others.
* We will try to help students who are bullied.
* We will try to include students who are left out.
* If we know that somebody is being bullied, we will tell an adult at school and an adult at home.

- Have proper supplies
- Be in a seated position and NOT laying on the couch or in bed.
- Remember, if you would not do something in school, you shouldn’t do it during our class Google Meet either.

- Don’t walk out of camera view or walk around with device
- Don’t eat on camera unless at a designated snack time
